Sutovsky Civil Systems was established in 2006 by Niv Sutovsky, a civil engineer, graduate of the Technion Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa. The office provides planning, management and supervision services in engineering projects to government institutions, factories, and various entrepreneurs in Israel and abroad.
The office is active and has extensive experience in planning, management, coordination, and supervision in a wide range of civil engineering areas in general, including water, sewage and channeling, paving and development works, infrastructures, and environment.
In providing services to the customer emphasis is placed on the high quality of planning coordination, and execution, and on selection of optimal elements for this.
The credo of the office is to provide high quality while meeting the schedules and investments plan of the customer.
The work environment is computerized and includes CAD tools and drawing software for planning and drawing infrastructure systems and planning various town plans. It also comprises computerized tools for planning gravitational hydraulic systems and pressure systems, physical planning of pipelines, statistical calculations, area calculations, and conducting quantity surveys.
The office operates under the ISO 9001 version 2000 standard, adopting a modern approach to quality management, and is presently in a process for receiving accreditation under the standard.
